Our Process

Our process begins with booking a complimentary consultation with one of our talented designers. In this consultation, we’ll discuss your desired project, timeline, budget, as well as your design needs so we can get a sense of how we can help you.

 

Once your consultation is complete, we’ll provide you with a detailed project proposal outlining our recommended package and design fees.

 

Clients will have up to 5 business days to respond to the proposal by accepting, requesting changes or refusing.

An important stage of your design journey is the collaborative nature of our services. We include revisions in all of our packages to ensure that you’re able to provide feedback & share ideas with your designer to achieve the desired look, while also assuring that your needs are met.

 

We'll work closely with you to finalize the design details and settle on the right products & materials that align with your budget so we can get your approval to proceed with the next phase.

From there, we routinely conduct site visits and maintain a consistent line of communication with you and your contractor to ensure that your project is completed effortlessly.

 

In the likelihood that more materials or products are needed, or that orders have been staggered based on the project timeline, we will coordinate this to give you peace of mind knowing that your project is moving along efficiently.

After signing your proposal, you'll receive a warm welcome email, providing essential information to kickstart your project such as the working relationship with our team, as well as the next steps. This is the foundation for a successful collaboration.

 

Once we’re ready to begin, the designer will initially create a 3D rendering & design concept to help you visualize what your finished project might look like. In this stage, preliminary estimates will be shared with you and we will ensure that they align with your target spending range. These estimates will include products to complete the project.

With designs approved, we move to the order phase. In this stage we’ll ensure that you have all the necessary information for a successful order. We provide product information, pricing and estimated time of arrivals so your project stays on track.

 

We take care of the logistics, ordering materials, and ensure seamless delivery of all products to your job site. Payments are also structured to be conveniently collected as we advance through the project.

Before we wrap up your project, we'll meet with you and the contractor to ensure that everything has been completed successfully. Your active involvement allows you to sign off with confidence.

 

And before we sign off and you cherish those first moments in your living space, we provide you with all of the information you need for post-completion care and maintenance. If you're comfortable with it, we can also arrange for a final content shoot to document your dream project & share it with future clients.
