Our showroom is currently following all recommended practices outlined in the "New Normal" retail plan that all businesses are required to respect during this pandemic.

As a simple yet HIGHLY IMPORTANT refresher, our team would like to remind you that they are doing everything that they can to keep you safe during this time, so we would kindly ask that you return the favour when visiting our store.

Please do not visit our stores if you've travelled outside of our zone in the last 14 days, experience any of the COVID-19 related symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has experienced symptoms or has been outside of zone 1 in the past 14 days.

Please carefully read the following:

​

• Masks are mandatory in our stores at all times. A mask must cover the nose, mouth and chin.

• Guests must reply 'NO' to all screening questions or will be denied entry into the Design Centre.

• Guests must sanitize their hands upon entering the Design Centre.

• Our team members are wearing facemasks and face shields to ensure that we are offering you the highest form of protection when interacting with our Design Consultants.

• 6 Guests will be allowed in the Design Centre at any given time.

• During this time we will not be allowing children into the Design Centre.
